Ana Sofia Bento
Ana Sofia Bento has come to AlterVia in January of 2010 as a Consultant.
She started her professional career in 2008 at the commercial area of Espírito Santo Bank. After that she worked as an Intern in the Human Resources Department of Capgemini Portugal.
In Capgemini Portugal she had the opportunity to work in several HR projects, and at the same time she was working in her Graduation in Management and Business Administration.
Besides these experiences Ana Sofia Bento was Vice-President of Talent Management area in AIESEC, where she developed all HR processes and managed a team.
Recently she participated in a volunteering project at an NGO in India and she’s currently finishing her Masters in Human Resources Management in ISEG.
Ana Sofia Bento became Territory Sales Executive in June 2011 in Philip Morris International, becoming clear how Alter Via manages to be a professional school for young talented professionals in the portuguese market.
