Analyst

Carolina Fonseca joined Alter Via in June 2011 as Analyst.

Carolina started her professional experience in the Hotel Management field and also in the Events and Projects Management area, as a trainee.

Carolina Fonseca is currently finishing her degree in Hotel Management by the Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo, after attending Psychology Degree by ISCTE for a quick time.

Carolina helded the position of  Talent Management Vice-Presidente in AIESEC in Universidade Católica of Lisbon , where she was the main responsible for managing a team towards the development of HR processes and activities.
