Francisco Ricardo founded AlterVia in 1997.

Nowadays he is Board member and coordinator of Executive Search Services.

Through out his career he has conducted projects in a very different kind of activity sectors: industrial, financial, retail, technology, agro-industry and consulting.

In 1987 he was one of the Executive Search percursors in Portugal. In 1988 he has participated in the founding of Sirca/Amrop where he was connected for 8 years as Partner.

Previously he worked as Senior Consultant and Manager in several Recruitment and Training Companies (Psicoforma, Diapsi and PA Consultores de Gestão).

Francisco Ricardo is graduated in Psychology and Master in Organizational Behavior.
